BAKERS:

We produce bread by using durum wheat, whose crops are cultivated in the PUGLIA’S land and more specifically in the NATIONAL PARK OF ALTA MURGIA. This bread is hand craft made by master bakes who have inherited this arts trough generations. This kind of  bread is also essential part of typical recipes amongst those we find:
